This position will work Saturday-Monday 1am-1pm (12 hour shifts) with some overtime as necessary, includes competitive pay starting at $19/hour plus a $5.
00 shift premium for working on weekend shift, full benefits, and monthly bonus opportunities! Reports to:

Responsibilities:
Work with Department Supervisor, Plant Manager, and Cheesemakers to complete all tasks within the production areas.
These items include but are not limited to the following:
Production:
Assisting with all production runs and documenting all steps in make procedure to ensure accurate, consistent, safe, and quality products every time Sanitation:
Keep a clean work environment.
Wash, rinse, sanitize and return all equipment back to its designated area immediately after done using.
Complete time of use, daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly sanitation scheduled responsibilities along with documentation once work is complete.
Follows all policies and procedures LaClare Creamery has implemented regarding food and personal safety to assist in maintaining a safe work environment and safe, quality products at all times.
